About Zoe

Zoe Walgren is an actress and singer based in New York City. Originally hailing from Austin, Texas, she combines Southern charm and friendliness with a city girl realness and work ethic. Zoe is a graduate of the Atlantic Acting School Full-Time Conservatory, and is a trained mezzo soprano in musical theatre.

Having grown up a dancer, Zoe is deeply in tune with visual aesthetics and storytelling.  She is practical and studious, and this inevitably shows up in her work. These elements combine to create a performer who is sensitive, yet analytical. She is committed to fulfilling any role that serves the story, fully and truthfully.

Zoe most recently performed as Juror 8 in Our Glass Theatre Company’s inaugural production of 12 Angry Men. She was also featured in Bacchanale, written by friend and former classmate Electra Carzis. Aside from performing, Zoe enjoys baking, practicing yoga, and sitting in a park with a latte and a Toni Morrison novel.
